Prakriti's Story: Call me Prakriti, and I turn a forest green, the kind of green that turns envy into abundance. Small resham butti in red, white, orange and blue rest across me, each one a detail waiting to be noticed. My pallu carries the full range of Kalakshetra's tradition, purple, teal, olive gold, mint and coral, unhurried and alive. I was not woven to be admired at a glance. I was woven to reward attention.

Description
A canvas of warm forest green katan silk, the kind of green that belongs to shade and abundance rather than ceremony. Scattered across it, small multicolour resham butti in red, white, orange and blue sit freely and without symmetry, each one placed like a detail in a painting that rewards looking closely. Then the pallu unfolds and the full range of the Kalakshetra tradition arrives — purple, teal, olive gold, mint and coral running in stripes, with butti dotted between them, unhurried and alive. Woven in Bishnupur, Bankura. No middlemen, no blends, no shortcuts. Only the cloth and the hands that made it. One garment. Two authors.

Care Instructions
Silk rewards patience. Dry clean for the first wash. After that, cold water and a gentle hand. Never wring it, never rush it. Dry in the shade — silk and sunlight are not friends. Iron on the reverse, low heat, while it is still slightly damp.
